The pack station is a gate. Each check has to pass before the next one opens, and the timer runs the whole way.
Scan the label
Before anything is picked, the shipping label is scanned and matched to the order. Right items in the wrong box cannot happen.
Check every item
Each line is scanned or counted against the order. Anything short is recorded as backordered, with a reason.
Photograph the box
The open box is photographed before it is sealed. Included from Growth up.
Report back
The checks, the label match, the pack time and any photos reach your store as the box is sealed.
Your customer sees their box before it arrives.
Put the packing photo and checks in your shipping email, and “where is my missing item?” is answered before it is asked.

Questions
How do our orders get to you?+
Your store sends each order to our order API, signed with a key you create in your client portal. Send the whole order every time; sending it again just updates it. If your platform can make an HTTPS request, it can connect.
What comes back when an order is packed?+
A signed webhook to your store listing which items were checked, anything backordered, how the shipping label was matched, the packaging used and the pack time. Photos and video are included when your plan has them.
Are packing photos included?+
Packing photos are included from the Growth tier up, and a per-order add-on below it. Lot close-ups and pack video are available on every tier. Without photos, every order is still label-scanned and item-checked, and those checks still reach your store.

What happens after we apply?+
You get a client portal login straight away. We review the application and book a call; once you are approved, the portal unlocks your API keys, webhook settings and order history.
